This is a very important role within the ministry. Regional Directors serve as the primary interface with local churches in their regions. The position calls for strong Christian men who sense a clear call to ministry as well as having strong self-discipline and self-motivation. The role primarily consists of:

• Promoting the ministry to prospective churches through connecting with key church staff and key volunteers.
• Helping churches run our programs successfully by building relationships and staying connected to local churches as well as encouraging and equipping men to work with boys.
• Coordinating efforts of key volunteers through regional committees that hold the Regional Director accountable as well as provide leadership for regional and area events.

Requirements

• A strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ that is dynamic and growing.
• A willingness to raise full-support (salary, benefits and expenses) through individual donors and churches that are actively using our programs.
• A passion for ministry to men and boys and a vision for the critical importance of raising up the next generations of godly male leaders for family, church and community.
• College degree is strongly preferred. Some Bible School training might be an acceptable substitute.
• Energy and personality that makes it easy if not essential that you share your heart, vision and passion for this ministry.
• Experience with CSB as a boy or adult leader is a definite plus. Strong Passion for the critical need for men to mentor boys is essential.

We are currently looking for full or part-time Regional Directors in different regions across the U.S. We are willing to discuss the opportunity for men to start on a part-time basis, with the understanding that personal support must still be raised to cover expenses and part-time compensation. We are willing to discuss this opportunity with men who are retired as well as those seeking to transition from the marketplace to full-time ministry. This can be an outstanding opportunity for younger single men who sense a strong call to ministry and see themselves working effectively with both men and boys.
