Wildflowers is a Christ-centered discipleship program for girls in grades 3–6. Designed to cultivate confident, capable, compassionate young women of faith. Wildflowers forms girls during some of their most foundational years, shaping both heart and hands for a lifetime of walking with Christ. This program gives Christian women the tools to build the next generation of godly leaders through:

- Achievement through mentorship

How It Works

weekly meetings
Every meeting thoughtfully integrates key Scripture passages, group discussion, and hands-on skill development. Built around topical modules centered on character themes, and spiritual growth, the curriculum is clear, practical, and easy to lead.

individual mentoring
Field Guides are at the heart of the Wildflowers experience, serving as an essential tool for mentors as they disciple the next generation. The Field Guide assists women in guiding girls step-by-step through Bible lessons, practical life skills, creative projects, service opportunities, and achievement recognition.

Adventure Together
Through shared adventures, service projects, and group activities, girls build lifelong friendships in a supportive Christian community, learning as Christian women set a daily example of faith and leadership.

The Character Framework of Wildflowers
Wildflowers is built upon the Seven Petals of Virtue. These petals define the biblical character qualities that shape a girl into a rooted, confident, capable young woman of faith. When cultivated together, they form a life that reflects Christ with beauty, strength, and joyful femininity.
Shaping a Girls Heart
A Typical Wildflowers Evening
Here is a look at a typical Wildflowers evening. Meetings blend large-group activities with smaller groups called Vine Time, ensuring women can provide intentional guidance, instruction, and oversight.
This arrival activity, icebreaker, or hands-on exploration sparks curiosity, gets girls excited, and sets a welcoming tone as everyone gathers for the meeting.
Large-group gathering time where everyone joins for opening prayer, singing the Wildflower Song, reciting the Pledge, reviewing the Seed and Nectar Verses, and introducing the weekly theme.
This is a hands-on activity and project connecting to the week’s truth. Each week for that topic will continue to build and remphasize the previous lessons.
It gives girls an opportunity to create, explore, practice a skill, or work together while connecting what they are doing to the biblical truth they are learning.
Petal Projects may be completed in Petal Pod small groups or together as one large group, depending on the activity, your group size, available leaders, and what works best for your Wildflowers.
Vine Time is the Scripture study and discussion portion of your Petal Pod Small Group time. It happens after the Petal Pod Activity, when girls have already had a chance to engage with the week’s truth through their hands, and are ready to go deeper with their hearts and minds. Think of it like this: the Petal Pod Activity opens the door, and Vine Time walks through it.
This time helps when the full group comes back together for the closing. It will include prayer, reflection and recognition. Apply what the girls have learned through teaching and through modeling.
Recreational time after dismissal.
This vital component of each weekly meeting allows the woman to discuss the meeting and to pray for any needs, plan for next week, and builds leadership teamwork and communication.
